Failure is a Requirement for Success
The word failure has been associated with negative thoughts for a very long time, but one of the secrets that successful people have, is their ability to understand the true value and importance of failure. Most successful people have experienced failure before they experienced success. You should never stop at failure. As a matter of fact, you should see failure the way Thomas Alva Edison did. He once said “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” This is the correct approach you should always have about failure. It is definitely not fatal.
People have tried out business ideas and strategies that have turned into failed attempts, but instead of seeing this as an obstacle, they see it as part of the process of learning how to succeed. They see each failure as part of a large project; like building blocks that create a skyscraper. The important thing is to learn from each failed effort to avoid making the same mistakes again.
There are times where failure can seem detrimental, where it can take a toll on your confidence. These times can be some of the worse times of your life, but do they have to be? You can always change your circumstances by changing your choices. You have the ability to conquer it all if you just try one more time. No, it’s not easy, but it isn’t hard either. It is all about what you put in your mind. Walt Disney once said “If you can dream it, you can do it.” This is what is he was referring to. If you put your mind to something, you can acquire it and make it come true.
Why do we fail? Have you ever ask yourself that question? Have you ever wonder how come others have done what you’ve done but succeeded and you failed? Well, you are looking at the surface of everything. You are looking at the face value. The truth is, those same people may have gone above and beyond to acquire the necessary skills they needed to succeed. Have you done the same? Maybe you have, but yet failed. Just remember, you might have walked the same path as someone else but your experience will always be different. Just always remember these words from Winston Churchhill “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” Be courageous! Try one more time!

How Badly Do You Want Success?
I do understand what you are saying, it sounds very promising and motivating, but I think it’s way hard than that. I can’t seem to get myself to see failure as a good thing. Personally I try to succeed the first time so I don’t have to do it again. Maybe these other people need to work a little harder so they don’t have to fail. Smh. …#JustSaying
