Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Because we do source our products from different vendors in order to give you the best prices possible, please understand that it may take 3-15  business days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Though we strive to provide free shipping for all of our products, some products may be excluded. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use the following shipment carrier:


* Overnight delivery is only available for certain products. If you need a faster delivery please contact us.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Back Orders

We currently do not support back orders on our website, but if one of our product on our website is sold out and you really want it; please contact us and we will let you know when the product is available.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend that you take pictures right away to show proof.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


We do encourage you to contact us for support. If we believe that our product was damaged before shipment, we will follow our standard refund/return policy.
