Flexibility abounds as the unique design of the Betty Crocker Stainless Steel Buffet Server with Warming Tray enables you to use it as either a buffet server or warming tray. As a buffet server, you have the choice of two 2.5-quart vessels or a single 5qt vessel. They are all stainless steel with see-through lids and capable of keeping food and liquid warm for up to 3 hours. Remove the buffet server vessels and you have a spacious stainless steel tray to keep prepared foods on dishes warm.
